End User License Agreement (EULA)
Definitions
1.1. Licensor - "Paron Forge"
1.2. Licensee - the individual or entity that purchases a license to use the Software.
1.3. Software - "Label Ledger" application provided by the Licensor, including any updates and supplements.
1.4. License - the permission to use the Software under the terms specified in this agreement.
Grant of License
2.1. The Licensor grants the Licensee a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software exclusively for internal business operations in connection with Atlassian Jira, under the terms of this agreement.
License Restrictions
3.1. The Licensee may not:
a. Copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the Software.
b. Use the Software in any manner that infringes the intellectual property rights of the Licensor.
c. Transfer the rights under this agreement to any third party without the Licensor's prior written consent.
d. Use the Software for any purpose other than as expressly permitted under this agreement.
Updates and Support
4.1. The Licensor may provide updates and supplements to the Software at its discretion.
4.2. The Licensor is not obligated to provide technical support unless explicitly agreed upon in a separate agreement.
Liability and Warranties
5.1. The Software is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
5.2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Licensor is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, or other damages arising out of (i) the use or inability to use the Software; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Software by any third party; or (iv) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Software, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, and whether or not the Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
5.3 The Licensor does not warrant that the Software will meet Licensee requirements or that the operation of the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Termination
6.1. This agreement is effective upon the Licensee's acceptance and remains in effect for the duration of the Licensee's use of the Software.
6.2. The Licensor may terminate this agreement if the Licensee breaches any terms of this agreement. Upon termination, the Licensee must cease using the Software and delete it from all systems.
Miscellaneous
7.1. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland.
7.2. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved by the competent courts of the Republic of Poland.
7.3. If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
7.4. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
Acceptance
8.1. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, the Licensee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.
